Our Government guidance has now changed to "encourage" clients to follow most of the same procedures and so we will be continuing more or less as we have.
This will include all clients who are eligible wearing a face mask. If exempt, please let us know when booking. All staff will continue to wear type II surgical masks.
Please continue to not attend appointments if you are feeling unwell and exhibiting any of the symptoms of Covid-19, or are required to self-isolate.
We appreciate any warning you can give us if you need to cancel for these reasons so please let us know as soon as possible, you can message us on Facebook or leave a voicemail if we are closed.
Social distancing has been relaxed but please try to keep your distance when moving around the salon.
To help continue to keep everyone safe we will still be asking clients to ring up to book an appointment. If we feel we need to see your hair before we can book you in then we will organise a complimentary consultation.
We may be using more of the styling stations in salon but where ever possible we will be keeping a distance between people - and wearing a mask makes this safer.
We will still mostly be offering clients a hot drink if they are in salon for an extended period but water can be offered to everyone.
Our reception area will now be in use but we would still like to encourage clients to arrive at their appointment times, not early, to allow us time to thoroughly clean between clients. Our waiting area is intended for use when we occasionally run behind - if you arrive early and the area is in use we may still ask you to wait outside.
Please attend your appointment alone unless accompanying a child or are a carer.
Card payments are still preferred.
We appreciate all the clients who have loyally supported us over the last year and their respect for us by keeping us safe too.
